人工全髋关节置换术48例康复护理

Rehabilitated nursing care of 48 patients with total artificial hip replacement

目的：探讨人工全髋关节置换术患者的康复护理方法。方法：制定一套系统的人工全髋关节置换术围术期康复训练程序，掌握训练进度，遵循尽早开始、循序渐进、个别对待、随时调整、持之以恒的原则。结果：本组住院14-28d，平均19．26d。无一例发生关节感染、脱位、下肢静脉血栓形成等并发症。随访8个月～4年，髋关节功能按Charnley标准评分，优27例，良10例，可8例，差3例，优良率77％。结论：系统化康复护理有利于人工全髋关节置换术患者关节功能恢复，减少并发症发生，提高患者生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the methods of rehabilitated nursing care for the patients with total artificial hip re- placement. Methods ： A prioperative rehabilitated training program was worked out. controlling the progress of training in the light of principles of starting as early as possible, proceeding in an orderly way and adjusting as necessary. Results ： The days of hospitalzation were 14 -28 days, averagely 19.26 days. According to the scale of Charnley, among total 48 cases, excellent in 27cases in the hip joint function, good in 12 cases, fair in 8 cases and poor in 3 cases, the exllent and good rate was 77%. Conclusion： Systematic rehabilitated nursing care can accelerate the restoration of joint function, reduce complication and increase the quality of life of the patients.
