摘要
文章分析了低压减载防止电力系统电压崩溃的机理,比较了分散型和集中型低压切负荷方案的优缺点,并介绍了国内外使用低压减载的情况,指出如何合理地制定低压减载策略以有效地阻止电压崩溃的发生,选择低压减载的时间、地点和减载量方面应视各系统各地区的情况因地制宜。
The mechanism of undervoltage load shedding for preventing voltage collapse is analyzed. The distributed load shedding scheme and the centralized scheme are compared, and the employment of undervoltage load shedding schemes at home and abroad is introduced. The paper points out that how to work out a proper plan to efficiently prevent voltage collapse and how to select the time step, site and amount of load shedding are all up to the conditions of the special power system itself.
