摘要
系统研究了化学镀液各组成及工艺条件对沉积速度、镀液稳定性及镀层耐蚀性能的影响,确定了ZY-01Ni-P合金化学镀工艺。该工艺具有沉积速度适中、镀液稳定性高、使用寿命长、镀层磷含量高、耐蚀性好等优点。目前,已应用于中原油田等单位。
Based on systematical investigation of effects of various bath compositions and operating conditions on deposition rate, bath stability and corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P, process of ZY-01 high P electroless Ni with high corrosion resistance is set, which has such advantages as moderate deposition rate, high bath stability, longer service life, higher P content in deposit and good corrosion resistance. It has been applied to oil field.
