摘要
国内铲运机一般依靠经验进行设计,有很大局限性。这里采用虚拟样机技术,首先通过解析法对某型号铲运机工作装置进行初步设计,然后建立其三维模型,并导入RecurDyn进行运动学分析,发现机构不能实现自动放平,为此建立优化模型,调用MATLAB工具箱进行优化计算。利用改进后模型进行运动分析,结果显示满足设计要求。
The designs of LHD in China depend on the experience in general, so there is great limitation. This paper introduced the virtual prototyping technology. First the preliminary design of the working mechanism of certain LHD is finished with analytic method, then the three dimension modeling is constructed and transmited to RecurDyn for kinematic analysis. It is found that this mechanism can not meet the capability of automatically flating down the working mechanism. So the optimization model is constituted and called the toolbox of MATLAB to calculate for optimization. Doing motion analysis with improved model, the result displayed that to the design requirement was fulfilled.
