摘要
研究了氯化甲基汞(MeHgCl)经口染毒不同剂量及不同时间对大鼠小脑中脂质过氧化产物(LPO)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。小脑中LPO的含量随着染毒剂量的增加和染毒时间的延长而升高,且有剂量-效应关系和时间-效应关系;GSH含量除2.5mg/kg剂量组外,其它各组随着染毒剂量的增加和染毒时间的延长而降低,亦有剂量-效应关系和时间-效应关系。本研究提示:MeHg可诱发大鼠小脑的脂质过氧化作用。
Effects of methylmercury chloride in different doses and periods in lipid peroxidation (LPO) and glutathione(GSH) in the cerebellum of rats were studied respectively.The level of LPO was significantly increased in a doseand timedependent mannerThe content of GSH was significantly reduced in a doseand timeependent fashion except in the 25mg/kg dosed group.The present study indicated that methylmercury could induce lipid peroxidation in the cerebellum of rats.
