直肠癌术前放疗的筛选和放疗敏感性的预测

摘要
直肠癌局部复发率高,术前放疗可以提高局部控制和生存率,对所有病人都进行术前放疗,带有一定的盲目性。本文对如何建立直肠癌术前放疗的选择标准和预测直肠癌术前放疗的敏感性进行综述。
