摘要
采用氧气湿法酸浸技术对内蒙霍格旗低品位难选硫化铜矿进行了浸铜试验,以纯氧作氧化剂,氯离子为催化剂,在密闭条件下,硫酸浸出Cu2+,经铁屑还原制备出海绵铜。考察了矿石粒度、酸用量、固液比、温度、三氯化用铁量对铜浸出率的影响,确定了最佳浸出工艺条件,在最佳浸出工艺条件下,铜的浸出率达到98%;浸出液除杂后,采用还原铁粉置换,考察了置换时间、pH、温度和还原铁粉用量对铜单质生成的影响,在最佳置换工艺条件下,制备出的海绵铜含量为80.1%。工艺采用闭路循环,可充分利用资源,反应时间缩短,反应温度降低,且克服了火法炼铜中二氧化硫对环境的污染,为硫化铜矿的湿法冶炼开辟了一条新途径。
The method for extracting copper from copper sulfide ore by oxygen catalytic oxidation acid leaching way was developed. Under the closed condition, using pure oxygen as the oxidant, using chloridion as the catalyst, sponge copper was prepared. The effects of ore granularity, usage amount of sulfate acid, the ratio of solid mass to liquid volume, reaction temperature, concentration of chlorine ion and reaction time on the leaching rate of copper were investigated. The results indicated, under the optimal condiion, the leaching rate of copper reached more than 98 %. Under the closed recirculation, this process fully utilized the resources and could reduce the reaction temperature and shorten the reaction time. More important, the process overcame the shortcoming of the by-production of sulphur dioxide which can pollute the environment in the process of the pyrometallurgy. Therefore, it developed a new way for the hydrometallurgy of copper sulfide ore.
