Waste Minimization Is the Primary Approach for Controlling Pollution Caused by Township and Village Industrial Enterprises.

分析了我国乡镇工业的污染现状、特点和原因以及污染控制现状。通过对废物最少化的简介和乡镇工业实施废物最少化的可行性分析，以及对我国有关废物最少化法规、政策的分析等，充分证明废物最少化是乡镇工业污染控制的首选途径。

Starting from analyzing the development and the characteristics of TVIEs, the author holds a discussion on the status quo, the characteristics and the causes of TVIEs pollution control has also been discussed. After a brief introduction of waste minimization, a detailed analyzation of the feasibility of implementing waste minimization into effect in TVIEs as well as an study on laws, regulations and policies related to waste minimization in China, it has been concluded that waste minimization is the primary approach for the control of TVIEs pollution.
