摘要
D-7井是中国石化在尼日利亚XX油田J构造的一口双靶心定向井,由于施工中出现落物、卡钻及井壁坍塌等复杂事故导致多次填井侧钻,严重影响本区块的钻井时效。文章通过对钻井数据的分析及开展的相关室内评价实验,从钻井工艺、钻井液工艺等方面分析了造成该井工程技术难题的原因,为以后的钻井施工提供技术帮助。
D-7 well drilled in J structure in Nigeria XX oilfield by Sinopee is a duplex targets directional well. In the drilling process, junk, drilling pipe sticking and well wall sloughing occurred which caused sidetrack drilling time and again and influenced drilling time-efficiency seriously. This article analysis the drilling data and the lab test data, and gives the reasons of drilling complex problems about drilling technology and drilling fluid technology, and provides the drilling technical assistant of this area.
