摘要
介绍安康供电局对生产技能人员以“师带徒”培训模式,由初级向高级梯级开发,不断提升技能水平的具体做法。该模式创新性地导入人力资源职业开发理念,发掘传统培训手段的价值点,推陈出新。“师带徒”培训模式的实施在安康供电局生产人员技能培训工作中发挥了重要作用,并形成了一个常态的职业管理机制。
This paper introduces the master - teaching - apprentice training mode of Ankang Power Supply Bureau provided for production workers, which enhanced their skills from beginner level to advanced level step by step. With the innovative philosophy of the career development of human resources, the mode put forth new ideas out of traditional training mode. Implementation of the master - teaching - apprentice training mode played a major role in skills training of APSB's production workers, which has become a normal vocational management mechanism.
