岗位差异化培训方法的应用

摘要 差异化培训是现代企业管理理念中一种先进的员工培训模式。由于个体原因,员工同各自工作岗位标准要求都有所差异,因此,培训工作要针对个体差异进行,才能收到良好的效果。本文在多个生产单位试点的基础上,从目标方法入手,总结提炼了岗位差异化培训方法。应用效果证明该培训方法针对性强,有阶梯,有层次,易于操作,培训效能明显,是提升员工综合素质的一种行之有效的途径。 Diversified training is an advanced employee training method with modern enterprise management philosophy. For individ- ual variance reason, there are variations in the requirements for employees and their respective posts. Therefore, training shall be con- ducted differentially so as to achieve good results. Starting with target method, this paper summarizes the diversified on - the - job training method on the basis of experiments in several enterprises. The results of application shows that this method is highly pointed, stratified, and east to use with considerable training efficiency available, providing an effective way to enhance staff's comprehensive capability.
