摘要
2007年，由陕西省电力公司物资总公司牵头，陕西省电公司与中国西电集团合作建立了“陕西省电力公司输配电设备实训基地”。本文以该实训基地为典型，通过对其建设背景、管理理念、具体做法的描述，归纳总结了实训基地的管理流程和存在问题，指明了实训基地的专业化管理改进方向。
