摘要
本文在深入调研的基础上，通过对全省窃电状况特别是典型窃电案例的分析，阐述了窃电犯罪的规律特点及其产生原因，提出了一些有益的工作对策和建议，对做好反窃电工作有一定参考作用。
This paper, on the basis of deep investigation and research, analyzes the situation of electric larceny, particularly typical cases in whole province ; expounds the characteristics and causes of electric larcenies ; and proposes some helpful countermeasures and suggests, which may be applied for the prevention of electric larceny.
