根据湖南省国土资源特声点,区域优势及社会经济发展现状．认为湖南省跨世纪产业带的总体布局思路是实行点轴开发．促进产业带的形成：加强城镇建设．促进产业集聚；开发山地资源一区域产业布局的方向和重声、是抓好京广、长石。
In tills paper.based on characteristic of territorial resources. regional superiority. social and economic present condition. overall plan of industrial distribution and development in Hunan province are put fiware:1)put into practice development of points and axes to promote formation of industrial zones. 2)strengthen construction of city and town to promote industrial concentration; 3)exploit natural resources of mountainous region.Orientation and focal point of industrial distribution are development and construction of three industrial zones and two dey regions.
