摘要
随着网络技术的发展,各国都在积极发展电子政务,如何更好地利用电子政务为公众提供服务已成为人们关注的问题。基于MVC的设计思想,设计一种适用于典型政府公共服务系统的开发平台,并采用Java语言实现了服务器端程序和一些基础的组件。
With the development of network technology, e-government system is actively developed. How to use e-government to provide better services for the public has become a matter of eoncern. Based on the MVC pattern, a development platform for e-government is presen- ted ,which is suitable for the typical public services system. A server program and a series of basic components are implemented by JAVA.
