摘要 目的探讨VEGF-C、CXCR4在人胰腺癌转移和浸润过程中的作用与意义。方法47例胰腺癌病例,免疫组织化学S-P方法测定VEGF-C、CXCR4的表达;分析其表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、转移、浸润程度之间的关系。结果VEGF-C、CXCR4在胰腺癌组织中的表达率分别为68.1%(32/47)和76.6%(36/47),主要位于细胞质和细胞膜。VEGF-C、CXCR4的表达强弱在不同性别患者间无区别(P>0.05),VEGF-C、CXCR4的表达强弱与患者年龄、肿瘤大小亦无明显关系(P<0.05)。在胰腺癌发生浸润的标本中VEGF-C、CXCR4表达强度明显增强(P<0.05),在胰腺癌发生转移标本中VEGF-C、CXCR4表达强度明显增强(P<0.01)。结论VEGF-C、CXCR4可能参与了胰腺癌的转移和浸润过程。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of VEGF-C and CXCR4 in Human pancreatic Cancer. Method The expressions of VEGF-C and CXCR4 were detected in 47 human pancreatic cancer tissues by immunohistochemisty. The relationship between the expressions of VEGF-C and CXCR4 and clinical pathological parameter was figured out as well as that of their expressions. Result In human pancreatic cancer tissues, the positive rates of VEGF-C and CXCR4 were 68.1%(32/47) and 76.6%(36/47)respectively. Expressions of VEGF-C and CXCR4 were closely associated with tumor lymph node metastasis and histological classification, but were not associated with sex and age and diameter of tumor. Conclusion CXCR4 and VEGF-C possibly participate in the process of metastasis and invasion in human pancreatic cancer.
