纳雍糯谷猪种质特性的研究报告 被引量:3

摘要 屠宰20头180日龄纳雍县农村户养糯谷猪,经测定,结果表明:糯谷猪的屠宰率较高,达74.46%,瘦肉率适中,肉质优良,肉色、嫩度、熟肉率、失水率均优于其他品种猪。初情期和性成熟早,发情周期稳定,发情征状明显。在生产调查记录中还未发现遗传性疾病,后代外貌特征表现良好。 Conducts the idioplasm characteristic to the Guizhou Province place improved seed Nayong glutinous valley pig research. The result indicated: The glutinous Gu Zhu yield of carcass is high, reaches 74.46% ,the meat factor is moderate. The pulp is fine, be with may Le Zhujun southwest China the babbit metal pig type, is the local souse ham raw material pig. Initially the sentiment time and the natural mature morning, the oestrous cycle is stable, is in heat the symptom to be obvious. In the production investigates in the record not to discover the hereditary disease, descendant appearance characteristic good behavior.
