摘要
为阐明Ｍ－ＤＮＢ和Ｐ－ＤＮＢ对鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶的影响，在体内实验条件下，测定了鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶的活性。间－二硝基苯Ｍ－ＤＮＢ和对－二硝基苯Ｐ－ＤＮＢ对鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶均有明显的抑制作用，ＥＣ５０值分别为１．３８２ｍｇ／Ｌ和０．０８０７ｍｇ／Ｌ。鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶对Ｐ－ＤＮＢ的敏感性比对Ｍ－ＤＮＢ更高。
The effects of M-DNB and P-DNB on Ct of carp liver Invivo were carried out.The results show that M-DNB and P-DNB cause fairly strong inhibition to Ct of carp.Satisfactory straight lines were obtained by plotting the probits of inhibition percentage of Ct against the logarithmic concentration of toxicants.The concentrations required to effect 50% inhibition of M-DNB and P-DNB to Ct of carp livers were 1.382 mg/L and 0.0807 mg/L respectively. Enzyme tests also indicated that the sensitivity of liver Ct to P-DNB was greater than that of liver Ct to M-DNB.
