摘要
采用面元法理论对搅拌器的性能进行数值分析。结合轴流式搅拌器的特点对面元法计算模型中的网格划分和尾涡模型进行改进。编制面元法程序计算搅拌器的外特性和诱导速度,并将计算结果与相同条件下的实验结果进行对比分析,结果表明外特性的计算结果与实验结果比较接近,诱导速度的大小和变化趋势与实验观察的结果较为吻合。将面元法理论和相应的计算程序用于轴流式搅拌器的流动特性及搅拌效果研究是可行的。
Axial-flow stirrer is widely used in many industrial processes, and more attention is paid for the research on its performance. Here the panel method was used to calculate the axial-flow stirrer performance in a stirred tank, which is one kind of Boundary Element Method and it shows many advantages in numerical simulation. Based on the analysis of the panel method and combining with the axial-flow stirrer characteristic, the grid generation and the wake model in the programming of the panel method were improved, and the subroutine of induced velocity calculation was added into the main program. Then using the amended program, the performance and the induced velocity of the axial-flow stirrer in the tank were calculated and the calculated results were compared with the experimental ones. The comparisons indicate that using the panel method can get satisfactory result; the calculated induced velocity and its variation trend agree well with those observed. Therefore, it could be concluded that the panel method proposed is suitable for the performance prediction of the axial-flow stirrer and its induced velocity calculation.
