摘要 针对现代战争的特点,研究了战场复杂电磁环境的构成与作用机理;分析了战场复杂电磁环境下通信的特点;提出了构建多层次、多种类的立体通信体系,从最底层入手加强自身的防护与应变能力,充分利用各种手段保证通信畅通的应对策略。 This paper discusses the mechanism of composition and functions of complex electromagnetic environment in terms of the characteristics of modern warfare. It also argues that there are many unique features of communication under complex electromagnetic environment. In order to es tablish the solid communication system of multi levels and category and strengthen the fundamental capability of self-protection and emergency measures, a strategic plan which uses various method to ensure communication circulated is proposed.
