摘要
为弥补定性分析建立的基础评价指标体系的不足,首次将因子分析法引用到指标体系的优化中。在确立基础指标体系的基础上,设计调查表,获得50家承制单位的基础指标项数据,利用系统分析软件SPSS(statistical program for social sciences)对数据进行因子分析。若数据相关性高,那么提炼出的主因子就是评估模型中的第二层指标;若数据相关性不高,则通过咨询专家确定评估指标。由此利用因子分析法优化指标体系,最终确立装备承制单位综合能力评估指标体系。
For the lack of qualitative analysis of the basic indexes system, the paper uses factor analysis to optimize indexes system for the first time. Based on the basic indexes system, it designs questionnaire to gain data of fifty contractors, and uses statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) to deal with the data. If the data are correlated, the main factors are indexes of the second level; if not, the confirms indexes by experts' idea. And then the evaluation model for contractors' synthetic ability is established by factors analysis.
