The elementary concept of sneak circuit is described, the causes and the necessity of sneak circuit analysis（SCA） in complex electronic system are illuminated. The paper emphasizes on data collecting and anglicizing, system simplifying and dividing, data inputting and function marking, topology and network tree generating, application clew etc, and introduces the process of sneak circuit analysis. In the end, a circuit example is analyzed to illuminate the sneak circuit analysis technology.
