中国榛属植物遗传关系的SSR分析 被引量:15

摘要 采用SSR分子标记技术,对中国榛属植物进行了遗传分析。7对欧榛SSR引物从43份供试材料中检测出67个等位基因变异,位点拥有的等位基因数为6~13个,平均每个位点可检测到9.57个等位基因;多态信息量(PIC)变幅为0.700~0.869,平均为0.800;利用算术加权平均数法(UPGMA)将43份材料分成2大类群;研究表明,SSR标记在中国榛属植物亲缘关系及遗传多样性研究方面具有重要作用,也证实SSR是研究榛属种质资源分类与地理分布的有效手段。 To detect the genetic diversity of genus Corylus in China, 7 species ( variety ) of Corylus were analyzed using SSR markers. Forty-three accessions of 7 species (variety) presented 67 alleles in 7 SSR loci from Corylus avellana L. Number of alleles per locus ranged from 6 to 13 and average value of allele was 9.57. Polymorphism information contents ( PIC ) were between 0.700 and 0.869, with an average of 0. 800. Forty-three accessions of 7 species (variety) were classified into two main groups by UPGMA ( Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean) cluster analysis based on Nei's genetic distance. Results indicate that SSR analysis is an ideal method for studying genetic diversity, germplasm classification and geographical distribution of genus Corylus in China.
