连栽桉树人工林土壤微生物和酶活性的分析 被引量:21

摘要 桉树人工林多代连载的经营方式对林地土壤和酶的活性具有一定影响。对广西七坡林场连栽桉树人工林不同栽植世代:一代林(G1)、二代林(G2)、三代林(G3)林地以及对照林地(G0)的0~20cm土层进行了微生物及土壤酶的分析。研究表明:土壤微生物中真菌数量表现为G3>G2>G1>G0,放线菌为G3>G2>G1>G0,细菌为G2>G0>G3>G1;其中二代林中微生物总量最多;各代林地之间土壤中果聚糖蔗糖酶活性差异显著,且表现出随着连栽代数的增加酶活性逐渐降低的趋势;不同样地土壤中磷酸酶活性差异不显著。 An experiment was conducted to study the soil microbes and the enzyme activity in eucalyptus plantations under different rotations of continuously planting in Qipo Forest Farm of Guangxi in order to discuss the effect of management mode on soil microbes and enzyme activity of forest land. The soil microbes and enzymes in 0 - 20 em soil layer of different planting generations were analysed, including first-, second-, and third-generation forests ( denoted as G1, G2, and G3 ) and the control forest ( G0 ). Result indicated that the amount of soil epiphytes in the forest land of different generations presented G3 〉 G2 〉 G1 〉 G0, the amount of actinomyeetes G3 〉 G2〉 G1〉 Go and the amount of bacteria G2 〉 G0 〉 G3 〉 G1. The total amount of soil microbes in G2 was the highest. The activities of soil levansucrase in the forest land of different generations were significant different, exhibiting a tendency of gradual decreasing with continuous-planting rotation increasing. Insignificant difference In activity of soil phosphatase was found between different plots.
