摘要 以云层为目标,进行了目标与背景的红外波段分析,确定了气象测云红外成像系统的工作波段(8~14μm)和红外成像系统的主要技术参数,如视场角、焦距等。基于非制冷红外焦平面列阵(UFPA)探测器件进行了气象测云红外成像系统的光学设计、结构设计与电路设计,对系统光学设计结果进行详细分析。针对该系统设计了红外图像自适应非均匀校正系统和温度调焦机构,使其在-35℃~+50℃均能清晰成像,校正后残余非均匀性<0.2%。对校正前后图像效果进行对比表明,该系统成像效果较好。 For cloud meteorological observation, the infrared bands of goal, cloud, and background are analyzed and the work band (8-14 μm)of an infrared imaging system for cloud meteorological observation and the main technical parameters such as the angle of field of view, the focal length for infrared imaging system are determined. On the basis of Uncool Infrared Focal Plane Array (UFPA) detector, the optics, structure and the circuit of the infrared imaging system for cloud meteorological observation are designed. The results of optical system design are analyzed in detail. Then, an adaptive Nonuniformity Correction (NUC) system for infrared images and a focusing mechanism on temperature are designed,so that the infrared imaging system can take clear images in the temperature range of -35 ℃-+50 ℃. After the adjustment, the remaining non-uniformity is less than 0.2%. Experimental results show that corrected images are better than original one, which means proposed imaging system has a high imaging ability.
