摘要
针对现有汽车钢板弹簧在设计效率、资源利用率及设计精度等方面的不足,立足于产品设计特点和工程实际需求,提出一种基于相似工程的汽车钢板弹簧快速设计中的相似度计算方法。以某型轻型载货车的前悬架钢板弹簧设计为例进行试验验证,结果表明,利用所提出的设计计算方法得出的设计结果完全符合使用要求,证明了该方法的可行性。
Considering the current deficiencies of design efficiency,resource reuse and design accuracy of vehicle leaf-spring,a method of similarity calculation in rapid design for vehicle leaf-spring with similarity engineering is presented based on product design features and specific engineering requirements.The design of front suspension leaf spring on a light-duty truck is taken as an example to testify this method,and the results show that the design with proposed calculation method is totally complied with the use requirements,and this method is feasible.this method can meet the demand of design and is feasible.
