摘要
以某公司一段时间内的交叉双臂式升降器故障统计数据为例,通过对交叉双臂式升降器运动特性的分析研究,阐述了用该种升降器设计升降系统时后方固定架、玻璃内密封条、玻璃导槽、后玻璃隔板泥槽、后方固定架与水平方向的夹角和玻璃升降导轨等对系统产生的影响。通过改进前、后的对比测试表明,改进后的升降系统在从动臂变形、泥槽破裂等方面有明显改善,解决了玻璃升降器从动臂变形和后方固定架变形的问题。
Based on the statistical data of troubles and the kinematical characteristics analysis for the double-armcrossed lifter in a company, the effects of rear fix bracket,glass inner sealing strip,glass guide slot,rear glass mud slot,angle between rear fix bracket and horizontal direction,glass lifting guide rail etc on the lifting system during design process are discussed.The comparison tests before and after improvement show that the modified lifting system has obvious improvement in terms of deformation of driven lever and fracture of mud slot etc,which solves the problems of driven lever and rear fix bracket deformations.
