摘要
根据GB18352.3—2005的规定,在不同预置条件下对同一辆样车进行Ⅰ型排放试验。分析了预置条件的变化对样车排放测试结果的影响,指出造成测试结果波动的主要原因是起动瞬间的空燃比在不同机油温度下发生了变化,预置温度越高,起动时的空燃比越高,CO和HC排放量会越低。指出在车辆标定时要控制好起动空燃比,在试验过程中要严格控制预置温度和时间。
According to GB18352.3-2005,type Ⅰ emission test is done on a vehicle under different preset conditions.Mter analyzing the influence of preset condition changes on vehicle emission,the main reason for the fluctuation of test results is pointed out:air-fuel ratio changes with engine oil temperature at the moment of starting-up,the higher the preset temperature is,the higher air-fuel ratio becomes at the moment of starting-up,and the lower the CO and HC emission would be.h also indicates that starting-up air-fuel ratio should be under proper control during calibration,and the preset temperature as well as time should also be controlled strictly in the process of tests.
