基于JMI模式,改进国内某钢铁企业的备件库存管理

Improve the Spare Parts Inventory Management of a Domestic Iron Steel Enterprise Based on the Mode of JMI

本文针对国内某钢铁企业备件库存管理现实中存在的问题,提出采用先进的JMI理念,构建企业新的备件库存管理模式。并且,本文在JMI思想的指导下,提出了在构建国内某钢铁企业JMI备件库存管理过程中一些关键环节上的做法。

In accordance with spare part＇s inventory management problems existing m a domestic iron and steel company, me paper advanced that basing on JMI ,the company can structure a new spare part＇s inventory mode. Furthermore, under the guiding principle of JMI, the paper put forward some practices on key link during the caring out JMI spare part＇s storage management of the company.
