摘要
通过对2008年奥运会物流需求的分析,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,发现北京物流现有能力不能满足北京奥运的需要。针对性的提出了建立科学的物流管理模式,成立强有力的物流组织,制订细致入微的配送计划,提升从业人员素质与管理水平等措施。
Based on the analysis of 2008 Olympic logistics and application of literature and logical thinking, this paper finds out that logistics capability can＇t meet the need of Beijing Olympic Games and put forward the solving measures such as setting up a scientific logistics management mode, forming a powerful logistics organization, making a detailed distribution plan and enhancing the employee＇s quality and management level of from logistics system, distribution plan and the diathesis of practitioner.
