培养具有"T"型技能结构的物流管理人才是物流教育者的一项重大挑战。基于这一人才培养模式,本文阐述了市场需求、教育部要求和"3+7+X"主干课程基本架构,构建了基本的专业课程体系,并探讨了其相互关系。
It is a significant challenge for logistics educators to train logistics management talents with＂T-Type＂Skills. Based on the talent training model, the paper explains the demands of market, requirements of education department and the major curriculum frame＂3＋7＋X＂, builds a basic system of professional courses, and discusses the relationship among them.
