摘要
研究杭锦2#土多元复混肥对蔬菜地土壤环境的影响.实验结果表明,施用杭锦2#土多元复混肥使土壤脲酶、多酚氧化酶和蔗糖酶的活性在0~10 cm土层分别比空白对照提高21.16%、43.8%和8.4%,比施用美国二铵对照提高5.05%、34.9%和8.3%;在10~20 cm土层分别比空白对照提高21.88%、14.89%和3.7%,比施用美国二铵对照提高16.3%、-1.8%和4.4%;在20~30 cm土层分别比空白对照提高-24.0%、14.3%和-9.6%,比施用美国二铵对照提高5.7%、22.3%和7.2%.施肥使土壤微生物数量有不同程度的增加,但各项处理间的差异未达到显著水平;施肥提高了土壤的N、P、K含量,但两种肥料间的差异不显著.相关分析表明,土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性之间成显著正相关,土壤养分与土壤酶、土壤微生物数量之间均有正相关关系.这表明,施用杭锦2#土多元复混肥是土壤生物活性提高的直接原因.
In this paper,the effect of Hangiin 2# multicompound fertilizer on soil of vegetable field is studied. The experiments show that fertilizing the Hangjin 2# multicompound fertilizer promotes the activity of soil enzymes and increases the number of soil microorganisms. Applying the Hangjin 2#multicompound fertilizer to soil urease, polyphenol-oxidase and sucrose in 1 ~ 10 cm layer, the activities increase 21.16%,43.8% and 8.4% compared to CK1, and increase 5.05%,34.9% and 8.3% to CK2. When the layer is in 10~20 cm,the activities also increase 21.88%,14.89% and 3.7% to CK1,16.3%, --1.8% and 4.4% to CK2. As for the 20--30 cm soil layer,the corresponding results are 24.0%,14.3% and --9.6% to CK1; 5.7%, 22. 3% and 7.2% to CK2. Fertilization can increase soil microorganisms' numbers to different levels, but the difference is not significant. Fertilization can increase soil N, P, K contents,but the difference between the effect of two fertilizer on soil nutrient is not significant. It is proved that the soil nutrient condition improved by the Hangjin 2# multicompound fertilizer is the direct cause of increase of soil biological activity.
