摘要
对蒙古扁桃和柄扁桃两个近缘种进行种子萌发和幼苗生长的比较实验.结果表明,在相同的培养条件下,蒙古扁桃的萌发率大于柄扁桃的萌发率,且蒙古扁桃种子的萌发速度较快;蒙古扁桃的株高、根深和生物量均高于柄扁桃,经方差分析,均达到显著性差异和极显著差异水平.这体现了植物对各自生境的适应性不同.
The seed germination and the seedling growth comparative experiments on two close kinships Prunus rnongolica and Prunus pedunculata are carried out. The results indicate that under the same raise environment, P. rnongolica's germination rate is bigger than P. pedunculata's, and P. mongolica seed's germination time is shorter than P. pedunculata's; P. mongolica's seedling growth,root depth and biomass are higher than P. pedunculata's. The variance analysis shows that the difference is significant or extremely significant. The differences of the related data in seedling germination rate and seedling growth speed show an environmental adaptation in their natural habitat.
