摘要
建立了氢化物发生原子吸收测定微量砷的方法,分别考察了硼氢化钾浓度、体系酸度和原子化器外加电压对吸收强度的影响,在最佳条件下测定砷的线性范围为1-30μg·L^-1,检出限为0.3μg·L^-1,对10μg·L^-1砷标准溶液进行11次测定的相对标准偏差为3.0%,方法用于海藻样品中微量砷的测定,结果满意。
A method for the determination of arsenic by using hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed. The experiment conditions that influence upon the absorption intensity were investigated and optimized. In the optimum conditions,the linear relationship was kept in the range of 1-30 μg· L^-1. the detection limit of the method was found to be 0. 3μg·L^-1 and RSD was 3.0% (n=11,c=10μg·L ^-1). The method was applied to the determination of arsenic in algae. The recovery in the range from 95.6% to 104. 8% was found.
