CT导引下胸部肿块穿刺活检60例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CT导引下肺部肿块穿刺临床应用。方法:临床回顾性分析CT导引下肺部肿块穿刺结果,观察因素包括病灶大小、部位及穿刺部位肺组织结构(如有无肺气肿)等因素。结果:穿刺活检60例,成功57例,成功率95%,出现气胸10例,咯血5例。结论:CT导引下肺部肿块穿刺操作简单,临床应用价值高。
