摘要
采用涂料染色方法对竹/涤/棉混纺织物进行染色,探讨了工艺条件(焙烘温度、焙烘时间和黏合剂用量)的影响。试验结果表明,当黏合剂用量140 g/L、焙烘温度160℃、焙烘时间3 min时,染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度最好。采用树脂与涂料同浴染色,能改善织物的耐摩擦色牢度。
Pigment dyeing of bamboo/polyester/cotton blended fabric was applied. The influence of process condition such as curing temperature, curing time and dosage of adhesive on dyeing effect was discussed. Based on trials, the result showed that the pigment dyed fabric had excellent color fastness to rubbing and washing under the condition of dosage of adhesive 140 g/Land curing 3 minutes at 160 ℃. With the method of one bath process of pigment and resin, the color fastness to rubbing of the dyed fabric was improved and increased with the increase of the amount of resin.
