摘要
通过试验,考察了复合碱(粉状纯碱+液体烧碱)在活性染料浸染中的应用效果,并与纯碱和代用碱进行了比较。结果表明,复合碱与代用碱在使用性能上非常相似,但与纯碱相比,仍有一定差距。若能根据染料的固色特性和所染色泽的深浅,合理制订碱剂配比和工艺温度,保证碱剂浓度的稳定,使用复合碱剂浸染,可以获得较稳定的固色效果。
The application of the compound alkali (soda powder + caustic soda liquid) to dip dyeing with reactive dye was researched and compared with soda and substitute alkali. The results showed that the application performance between compound alkali and substitute alkali was very similar, but was different from soda. According to fixation and shade, the blending ratio of alkali and processing temperature can be settled reasonably, so as to stable the concentration of alkali. So the stable fixation can be gained with compound alkali.
