摘要
媒介黑PV染羊毛时,因高温和媒染剂的化学作用,而使二硫键断裂,导致纤维损伤,低温染色法与低铬染色法相结合的工艺,可降低羊毛受损。试验结果表明,采用促染剂CTC-435低温染色与元明粉法低铬染色及两者相结合的工艺,织物染色后,经向撕破强力高于常规工艺,染色指标则与常规工艺相当。
This paper has introduced two different ways to reduce the damage to wool with Mordant Black PV, that is low temperature dyeing and low mordant dyeing. The method to integrate the two ways are studied in the experiment, and the results show that the method of low temperature dyeing with accelerating agent CTC-435 and the method of tow mordant dyeing with sodium sulfate, as well as the integrated method can lower the damage to wool, and not influence the dyeing index of the fiber.
