摘要
综述了双三羟甲基丙烷的合成法和回收法的特点,对比说明了蒸馏-结晶回收法和溶剂-结晶回收法的原理、条件和优缺点。对双三羟甲基丙烷应用进行了重点综述,从合成原理、应用配方和应用特点等方面详细介绍了各个领域中的具体应用情况。指出产品应用开发是今后双三羟甲基丙烷的主要研究方向,重点研究双三羟甲基丙烷的酯化物合成技术、应用配方,加快工业化进程,解决产品积压问题。
The methods of synthesis and recovery were summarized, and the comparison related to principle, conditions, and advantages between distillation-crystallization and solvent-crystallization processes was presented. The applications of di-methylolpropane including synthesis principles, formula prescription, and application feature were described in detail. The need for broadening the application scope di-methylolpropane was emphasised. The research on synthesis of its esters and exploration of new formula prescription might improve the overstock problem of di-trimetbylolpropane in indueting.
