利用钛白副产物绿矾制备混凝剂聚磷硫酸铁的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以钛白副产物FeSO4.7H2O为原料,制备了一种新型无机高分子混凝剂聚磷硫酸铁(PPFS)。研究了PPFS的合成过程和工艺条件,考察了KClO3用量、n(SO42-)/n(Fe),n(P)/n(Fe)等因素对PPFS絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,合成PPFS的适宜工艺条件为:氧化剂KClO3的用量为其理论用量的1.1倍;n(SO42-)/n(Fe)的最佳值为0.65;n(P)/n(Fe)的最佳值为0.05。合成的PPFS絮凝性能良好,能有效去除印染废水的浊度和CODCr,为钛白副产物的利用提供了一条新的途径。 A novel inorganic polymer flocculant, phosphoric polyferric sulfate (PPFS), was prepared with FeSO4 · 7H2O, a byproduct from titanium dioxide production, while the raw material, and the synthesizing process and technical condition were studied. The influence of some parameters such as KCIO3 dosage, n(SO4^2- )/n(Fe) ratio and n( P)/ n(Fe) ratio was discussed. The optical technical condition of PPFS synthesization is as follows: KClO3 dosage is 1.1 times of the theoretic dosage, n( S042 - )/n(Fe) ratio is 0.65, and n(P)/n(Fe) ratio is 0.05. It provides a new solution for utilization of titanium dioxide byproducts, and the synthesized PPFS shows excellent flocculation performance in effectively decreasing the turbidity and CODCr of the dyeing wastewater.
