微量铒对Al-6.0%Zn-2.0%Mg-1.5%Cu合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Trace Erbium on Microstructure and Properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloys

摘要 采用铸锭冶金法制备了含铒0%、0.4%、0.6%的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析以及透射电镜研究了Er对合金的组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,含Er合金在凝固过程中形成一次Al3Er相,该相与α(Al)基体具有相同的晶体结构,晶格常数接近,可以有效的细化合金晶粒,提高合金的抗拉强度,在T6状态下含0.4%Er的2#合金抗拉强度为577.12 MPa,屈服强度为514.96 MPa,延伸率为11.8%。 Three kinds of AI-Zn-Mg-Cu based alloys with 0%, 0.4% and 0.6% Er respectively were produced by ingot metallurgic process. The influences of erbium on the microstructure and properties of the AI-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analysis and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that during the solidification of the Er-bearing alloys Al3Er phase formed once, which had the same crystal structure as α(AI) phase and a lattice constant similar to that of the later. It could greatly decrease the alloys' grain size and improve their tensile strength. Under T6 condition, the alloy with 0. 4% Er had tensile strength of 577.12 MPa, yield strength of 514.96 MPa and specific elongation of 11.8%.
