摘要
将灰色统计方法、GM(1,1)预测模型、模糊综合评判、灰色关联度理论有机地结合起来,针对某大型矿业公司红矿选矿项目进行了灰色层次综合决策,得出了令人满意的结论。事实证明,灰色层次决策能够用于大型项目的综合决策。
The grey hierarchy comprehensive decision for lateritic ore mineral processing project of a large mining company was carried out in combination with grey statistic approach, GM ( 1,1 ) forecast model, indistinct eomprechensive evaluation and grey degree of incidence theory, and satisfactory conclusions were drawn. It is proved that grey hierarchy decision can be used for comprehensive decision of largescale project.
