论中国电缆工业的以铝节铜

On the Copper Saving with Aluminium in the Chinese Cable Industry

由于我国铜资源贫乏,加上目前全球性的铜价暴涨,我国电缆工业中"以铝节铜"已成为关注的"热点"。铜包铝线和铜包钢线的用量正在逐步攀升,2006年我国铜包铝线的用量约5万t,"以铝节铜"的产品方向和在技术经济上的可行性在某些领域的供、需双方还未取得共识和可行的结论。本文就以铝节铜的现状、问题进行论述,以期这一热点向良性的方向发展。

Because of poor copper resources in China and souring of the copper price in the world market, the topic of copper saving with aluminium in the Chinese Cable Industry has become a subject of general concern. The consumption of copper clad aluminium and copper clad steel is growing. In 2006, the consumption of copper clad aluminium in China amounted to ca. 50 000 t. But in some sectors, supplier and buyer have not reached common sense and feasible conclusion in terms of the product orientation and techno-economic feasibility of copper saving with aluminium. The author discussed the present situation and problems of copper saving with aluminium, in the hope that this ＂hot topic＂ develops healthily.
