摘要
为了验证汽轮机控制器工作的可靠性,基于虚拟仪器技术开发了一套工业汽轮机实时模拟器及其控制测试系统。它有助于工业汽轮机及控制系统新产品开发阶段的方案选择、出厂前的系统调试以及用户现场的操作培训,从而可有效地减少控制系统的调试时间,保证控制系统安全可靠地运行。该方法充分利用了PC机强大的数据处理能力和LabVIEW友好的人机界面,具有系统参数设置方便、系统开发周期短、二次开发可行性强等优点。
Aiming at testing and verification the reliability of controller, a set of simulation and control testing system for industrial turbine based on virtual instrumentation was developed, it helps to choice the developing program of the new products of industrial steam turbine and control system, system debugging before shipping them to customers, and the hands-on training for plant personnels, which effectively reduces debugging time of control system to ensure that the control system is safe and reliable operation. The approach makes full use powerful data-processing capacity of the PC and friendly interface of LabVIEW. The system is conveniently to set parameters, development cycle short, the secondary development of feasibility, and other advantages.
