摘要 欠流法窃电是一种常见的窃电方法,防欠流法窃电的关键是准确识别表外CT连接状态。建立了表外CT二次回路阻抗和表外CT连接状态之间的对应关系,设计了一种防窃电装置将表外CT二次回路阻抗转换成电压信号,并通过检测和分析该电压信号识别表外CT连接状态。大量的防窃电装置长期运行结果表明,该技术能可靠、稳定地防欠流法窃电。 A common way of stealing electric-energy is under-current method. The key to under-current stealing electric-energy prevention is to accurately identify the connection of CTs. The relationship between secondary-circuit impedance and connection of CTs outside the meter was established. Then a device was designed to convert the impedance of secondary-circuit of CTs outside the meter into voltage signal. Finally connection of CTs was identified by detecting and analyzing the voltage signal. Long-term operation of such devices shows that the technology is a stable and reliable way of anti-stealing electric-energy.
