汽轮压缩机组机械式控制系统的现代化改造 被引量:1

摘要 为实现对汽轮压缩机组原有的机械式控制系统的现代化改造,采用了CCC压缩机电子集成控制系统,BENTLY Nevada 3500轴系监测系统(TSI),SIEMENS S7 PLC机组保护系统(ESD)和工程师站/操作员站等现代电子控制设备,提高了控制精度,实现了利用数据通讯和网络监控以使机组长期稳定运行的目的。实践应用结果证明,用现代电子控制设备对汽轮压缩机组老旧的机械式控制系统进行现代化改造是切实可行的。 In order to retrofit the original mechanical control system of turbine-compressor strings modern electronic equipment, integrated electronic compressor control system from compressor controls corporation(CCC) , BENTLY Nevada 3500 for turbine supervisory instrumentation(TSI) system, and SIEMENS S7 PLC for emergency shut-down(ESD) as well as engineer/operator- station were employed, thus control accuracy was improved, data communications, monitoring and operation via network, and furthermore, long-time stable operation of the string were realized. The results indicate that it is feasible to retrofit the old mechanical control system of turbine-compressor string by employing modern electronic equipment.
