摘要
无刷直流电动机采用电力电子器件替代传统直流电动机的机械换向装置,具有诸多优点。但是,由于其电子电路中价格较高的大功率开关管数量多,大大提高了无刷直流电动机的成本。这个缺点对小功率电机尤其明显,制约了无刷直流电动机的进一步推广。提出一种新型低成本永磁无刷双凸极电机,能实现双向运行,并且其大功率开关管减少到两个,由此可降低电机成本。分析了这种电机的运行原理,并通过有限元仿真软件证明了其良好的运行特性。
Brushless DC motors (BLDCM) used power electronics devices for commutation. Hence, it was superior to the traditional DC eommutator motors. However, the high count of expensive power electronics devices restricted the application of the BLDCM, especially for those low power motors. In this paper, a permanent - magnet (PM) brushless doubly - salient motor (PMBLDSM) was proposed, for which only two power electronics devices were used ,whilst the motor run at both directions. The motor operation principle was presented, and its performance was verified with a finite element analysis tool.
