摘要 对现场参量准确的测量是高性能控制的前提基础。以电机专用数字控制芯片数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A为例,介绍了电机端量数据采集卡的原理及设计方法来确保检测的准确性,并将设计的数据卡用于感应电机矢量控制系统的控制,实验结果表明设计方案的可行性及良好的动静态特性。 The exact measurements of field parameters lay the foundation for obtaining well control performances. Taking the motor specific employed chip -digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A as an example, the principle of a data acquisition card and the design method, which ensured exact detect the terminal value of the motor, were intoduced. The data -acquisition card was used in vector control system of an induction machine,The experiment results showed the feasibility of the scheme, obtaining better results and having good steady and dynamical characters.
