摘要 提出了一种以单片机为核心的舵机用双余度稀土永磁无刷直流电动机控制器的设计方案,详细介绍了控制器的硬件组成、软件设计及工作原理,并讨论了PWM调速控制方式、单片机控制、CPLD逻辑信号综合及电流截止负反馈电路的具体应用。经实验测试表明,该控制器功能齐全,结构紧凑,且硬件成本低,工作可靠性高,有较好的实用性。 In this paper a design method of rare earth permanent magnet (REPM) brushless DC motor (BLDCM) controller with dual - redundancy was introduced, which was used in the servo actuator, and the method was designed on the basis of a MCU. The hardware structure,software design and working principle of the eontroller were discussed in detail. Furthermore the PWM speed regulating mode, the control of MCU, the CPLD logic signal synthesis and the practical application of current eut - off degenerative circuit were introduced. The experiments showed that the controller had a high performance, a tight structure, a low eost, and also had a good reliability and praetieability .
