摘要
针对电主轴惯量小,更易受参数扰动的特点提出了基于模糊控制的控制算法,对模型的依赖性小,并且利用单纯形加速法对模糊算法中的参数进行自寻优整定,使得电主轴能够克服自身参数扰动的影响,始终保持较好的控制性能。仿真和实验结果证明了算法的可行性与正确性。
In this paper, an algorithm of fuzzy control of motorized spindle was presented. This algorithm was slightly depended on models. To find the optimal parameters for the fuzzy control, the accelerated simplex search was provided, simulation and experimental resuhs showed that these methods enhanced the accuracy and sensitive response for the motorized spindle.
